This guidance has been created to help prevent operators from falling victim to fraudulent practices, we are building a database of suspicious addresses used to commit fraud. This action will pressure organizations that help avoid parking charges by pursuing the registered keeper. We hope motorists will act against these organizations for failing to deliver paid services. By classifying these addresses as suspicious, we aim to eliminate this issue from the industry. We encourage all operators and service providers to check and report any suspicious addresses to the IPC

Abandoned Vehicle Guidance

Abandoned vehicles can be problematic for landowners and parking operators. The Protection of Freedoms Act has made some operators hesitant to address these vehicles due to concerns about violating the immobilisation prohibition. This guidance aims to assist in the removal of abandoned vehicles.
