We have worked with the Training and Development Academy on a number of occasions over the past few years, both in person and online. To put it frankly, their services have been absolutely invaluable to our organisation. The E-Learning portal has been particularly useful to us in the Covid-era where having a number of people in the same room hasn’t been possible and due to the nature of our business, we have remote Parking Attendants across the UK. By working with the TDA, we have trained our entire warden workforce and our Parking Charge Notice Administrators. They all reported how convenient learning at their own pace was and that the course was easily followed. With the ease of booking and thorough courses, I really cannot recommend the TDA enough.
